Cassandra started with Insul Fibre Ltd. in 2023 as the Office Administrator and was promoted to Internal Operations Manager in 2024.

Cassandra focuses on improving productivity, implementing best practices, and supporting our team to ensure they deliver high-quality insulation services. Whether it's resource management, policy development, or problem-solving, Cassandra is committed to driving operational excellence and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Cassandra holds a Master of Arts in History from the University of Saskatchewan and is the current Chair of the Thermal Insulation Association of Canada's Governance Committee.
